Safe4r Workplace Solutions™ is a workplace violence prevention program jointly operated by Safe4r Workplace Solutions, Health Karma®, Inc., and Noble SCOUT™ (collectively, "Safe4r," "we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with our website, platform, and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

3. Anonymous Reporting Protections
Safe4r Workplace Solutions™'s anonymous reporting channels are designed to protect the identity of employees who submit reports. We implement technical and organizational measures to prevent the identification of anonymous reporters. Organizational administrators do not have access to identifying information submitted through anonymous channels unless the reporter voluntarily discloses their identity.
4. Health Karma® Clinical Confidentiality
Information shared during Health Karma® Workplace Concern Line consultations is handled with the highest standards of clinical confidentiality. Concern Line interactions are governed by applicable state and federal laws including HIPAA where applicable. Individual consultation content is not disclosed to employers without employee consent, except as required by law (e.g., imminent threat of harm to self or others, mandatory reporting obligations).
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted to and from the platform
- AES-256 encryption for data stored at rest
- Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- SOC 2 compliant infrastructure and cloud services

6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide ongoing services, and to comply with legal obligations. - Authorized organizational administrators within client organizations, for data generated within their accounts
